What every Factor4 program includes
The details change by concept, but the program underneath does not. Every account gets both physical cards and digital cards that can be sent by email or text, and card design is done for you at no cost — you send artwork or a logo, and Factor4 lays out the card, proofs it with you, and prints it.
Balances sit in one pool at the program level rather than at a single site, so a card sold at one location is redeemed at any other in real time while reporting still attributes each sale and each redemption to the location where it happened. If you already run a card program somewhere else, outstanding balances are migrated on a scheduled cutover date, so cards already in customers' wallets keep working.
Setup runs through Toast's partner integration. Factor4 configures the account with Toast Integrations Support, cards redeem natively as a tender in Toast POS, kiosk, and online ordering, and there is no new hardware to install or staff workflow to retrain.
